C. A. Passinault
has been involved in the Tampa independent film industry since 1993, and
became involved with independent filmmaking hot on the heels of starting
successful careers as a popular underground DJ in late 1990, an event
planner in 1988, and as a writer in 1984. He is a trained, experienced,
and professionally certified writer, screenwriter, photographer, videographer,
camera operator, DP, editor, audio engineer, foley artist, DJ, director,
casting director, boom operator, gaffer, grip, actor, voice over actor,
artist, graphic designer, marketer, web site designer, webmaster, event
planner, and a talent and modeling expert. C. A. Passinault is also an
expert in independent film, movies, video games, music, and entertainment
technology. Passinault was a gifted child prodigy, reading on a college
level and winning talent competitions since elementary school at the age
of 7, and has one of the highest IQ's in America, a genuine modern renaissance
man, or polymath.
Professional certification in over 20 professions, and over 30 years of
professional experience in those professions, makes C. A. Passinault someone
in the Tampa Bay independent film industry who literally has no competition,
or peers. As a hint to what is coming in Tampa Bay indie film, Passinault
has worked hard and made himself the top Tampa Bay talent photographer,
and he is one of the top Florida photographers.
Although C. A. Passinault has not had the chance to do any solo filmmaking,
his career as an independent filmmaker is imminent, and final preparations
are now being done. His experience will be obvious from his very first
independent film projects, as Passinault will quickly become the top Tampa
Bay filmmaker, and one of the best filmmakers in independent film; this
will be supported by the infrastructure which Passinault has spent years
building and investing in. Passinault expects to produce his first short
independent films in late 2015.
C. A. Passinault is also one of the most opinionated professionals in
the entertainment industry, and he owns some of the top talent resource
sites and blogs in the world. C. A. Passinault owns, writes for, and operates
Tampa Bay Film, Tampa Bay Modeling, Tampa Bay Acting, Tampa Bay Talent,
Florida Models, Advanced Model, Frontier Pop, Independent Modeling, Independent
Acting, and many more sites. As an example, although Tampa Bay Modeling
is a regional modeling resource site, it is the best modeling resource
site in the world. This is also the destiny of Tampa Bay Film, and it
should be there as early as 2015.
Since starting Tampa Bay Film in January 2007, Passinault has been busy
building a comprehensive support network and resource for what is coming
in Tampa Bay independent film, including the most sophisticated network
of film festivals ever devised, and the first independent filmmaking and
business support event for Tampa Bay independent filmmakers, the Tampa
Bay Film Conference. This is taking time. In time, it is expected that
Passinault’s network of interconnected Tampa film festivals and
independent film support events will outperform any competition, and will
help to support the Tampa independent film scene while helping it finally
get on the map.
Lastly, there is one big difference between Passinault and his competition.
He actually cares. He also tells the_truth. C. A. Passinault is the editor
and director of Tampa Bay Film.

for the purposes of art direction and design aesthetics. The “Coffeehouse
Film Festival”, “Reverence Film Festival”, “Sunburn
Film Festival”, “Tampa Bay Film Showcase”, the “Tampa
Bay Film Conference”, “Tampa Bay Film Community”, and
other Tampa Bay Film branding and slogans are also trademarked, as are
the terms “underground film festival” and “online film
festival” pertaining to the Tampa Bay market. They may not be used
without our express written permission, and all rights are reserved.
Records of our claims, creation dates, and ownership history are on file,
and are documented; they cannot be disputed or ignored. Work on Tampa
Bay Film and on our intellectual properties officially began in 2006,
although the origins of our properties go back even further, and Tampa
Bay Film officially launched on January 11, 2007, although this operating
domain name is the third location of our web site, established in 2013,
and it is not the original.
This web site has been designed from scratch to be conflict-hardened and
effective in prosecuting conflicts, engineered from the lessons gleaned
during the conflicts of our early years, which we won. It is designed

unethical conduct in the independent film industry. As a Revolution Class
